Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Media & Digital Manager to lead the development and execution of media strategies for Poland, one of the largest markets in the region, while also overseeing media activities across the Baltics. The candidate should have experience working with complex ecosystem touchpoints (offline and online media) as this role is pivotal in driving brand visibility and consumer engagement.

You will work closely with marketing teams, regional media functions, and partner media agency to ensure our media investments deliver measurable impact. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level media professional with strong digital expertise and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing teams to translate brand challenges into effective media solutions.
  • Lead the development and execution of annual media strategies by the media agency, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives, and alignment with central media team guidelines.
  • Leverage media research findings and consumer insights to inform strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with media agency’s team to optimize campaigns’ KPIs and drive continuous improvement. Keep close track of the costs development and ensure the most effective investments/ ROI.
  • Oversee media planning and execution, ensuring consistency with global guidelines while adapting to local market needs; validate media plans and supervise post-campaign evaluations to ensure constant learning and performance enhancement.
  • Monitor competitive activity and digital trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Support with reports and media analysis the regional media manager & marketing team.

For this role as a Media & Digital Manager PL&BL, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Min 5 years of experience in media planning, buying, or strategy—either at a media agency or in-house. Expertise in digital media is a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive brand and business impact through media.
  • Track record of working with major international brands.
  • Experience working with or managing media agencies.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage effective partnerships.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in FMCG or food & beverage sectors is a plus.
