Job Description

We are looking for an Intern who will join the team of Machines & Spare Parts Planners in our Supply Chain Hub in Warsaw. In this role, you will have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the area of Planning, by supporting planning processes, harmonization proposals, and preparing operating manuals with the help of our experts.

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will:

  • Support invoice verification for suppliers by checking the consistency of GR, Idocs, and invoices
  • Analyze master data in OMP
  • Provide support for various supply chain projects

For this role as an Intern in the Machines & Spare Parts team, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • You are in your final year of Bachelor's studies or currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Transport, Economics, Mathematics, or Management
  • You are interested in career development in Supply Chain
  • You have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a problem-solving mindset
  • You are fluent in English, both in speaking and writing
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Nice to have: you already have some experience with SAP
  • You are available to spend with us at least 30 hours per week
